🔧 Design for Manufacture (DFM) & Tooling

We provide hands-on DFM consultation to improve castability, reduce cost, and optimize for downstream machining.

Expertise in non-ferrous HPDC with multi-tonnage machines and automated handling.

🎨 Surface Finishing (via Approved Vendors)

  • Anodising / Hard Anodising

  • Powder coating & wet paint (incl. textured & rubberised finish)

  • Electroless Nickel (EN) plating

  • E-coat (ED) and ceramic coatings

  • Pad printing / tampo printing
