At LVIO Precision, we specialize in high-pressure aluminium and zinc die casting, CNC machining, and light assembly — offering a complete manufacturing solution from concept to final finish.

Incorporated in Malaysia in 2009, we have been serving customers globally, supporting clients across automotive, electronics, industrial, and consumer sectors with production volumes ranging from 500 to 8,000 pieces per month.
Our facility integrates casting, 3- and 4-axis CNC milling, mechanical finishing (shot blasting, tumbling), and outsourced surface treatments such as powder coating, anodising, wet paint, and chrome plating — all coordinated in-house for seamless delivery.

What sets us apart is our ability to support lower-volume, high-mix projects that many larger foundries won’t take on. We work closely with product designers and engineers to ensure parts are both manufacturable and cost-effective — offering early-stage DFM (design for manufacturing) input as part of our service.
